Yes. A Pro licence lets you run Triage on unlimited client machines — only the technician needs a licence. Nothing is licensed to the client's machine.
No. Triage is a single portable EXE. It installs no services, leaves no background processes, and writes nothing persistent — close it and the machine is exactly as you found it, minus the issues you fixed.
Pro is billed monthly at £29. After subscribing you'll receive a licence key by email — paste it into the Triage app (standalone use) or your fleet server's .env file (fleet mode) to unlock unlimited devices.
