Yes. A Solo IT, Small Biz, or MSP licence covers unlimited client machines. Only the technician needs a licence — nothing is licensed to the client's machine.
No. Triage is a single portable EXE. It installs no services, leaves no background processes, and writes nothing persistent — close it and the machine is exactly as you found it, minus the issues you fixed.
Solo IT is per technician, billed monthly. Small Biz covers up to 5 technicians. MSP covers your whole organisation. After purchase you receive a key by email — enter it once in the Triage app (Solo IT) or the fleet server dashboard (Small Biz & MSP).
Windows 10 and Windows 11, both 32- and 64-bit. Triage runs from a USB stick, a network share, or the local desktop with no install required.
