Triage is a Windows endpoint health and repair tool developed and operated by Kahlil Morrison ("we", "us", "our"), trading as Triage at triage-tool.app. By purchasing or using Triage, you agree to these terms.
Subject to your payment of the applicable subscription fee, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Triage during the subscription period:
The licence is for your own use. You may not sublicence, resell, or distribute Triage or your licence key to any third party.
You must not:
All future updates released during your subscription period are included at no extra cost. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The app validates licence keys locally and does not require an internet connection to run.
Triage is provided "as is". While we design every fix to be safe and reversible, we make no warranty that the software will be error-free or that it will meet your specific requirements. You should always ensure a restore point exists before applying changes — Triage creates one automatically, but you are responsible for verifying backups on critical systems.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Triage shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Triage after notice of changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.
We collect the minimum information needed to deliver and support your licence:
The Triage application itself does not send any data about scanned machines to us. All scan results remain on your device unless you self-host Triage Server, in which case they are stored in your own infrastructure.
We do not sell your data, send marketing emails without consent, or share your information with any party other than those listed below.
We retain your name and email address for the duration of your subscription and for up to 12 months after it ends (to handle reissue requests). You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.
If you are in the UK or EU, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below. If you are unhappy with our response, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
This website (triage-tool.app) does not use tracking cookies or analytics. No cookie consent banner is required.
If you are not satisfied with Triage for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked. Email hello@triage-tool.app with your order number and we will process the refund within 5 business days.
Subscriptions are annual and billed upfront. After the 14-day window, we do not offer partial refunds for unused months. You can still cancel at any time — your licence key remains valid until the end of your current subscription period and auto-renewal is disabled.
To cancel auto-renewal, visit the subscription management portal and cancel from there. You will receive a confirmation email. Your access continues until the subscription expiry date shown in the portal.
Subscriptions renew automatically each year. You will receive a reminder email before renewal. If you cancel before the renewal date, you will not be charged again and a new licence key will not be issued for the following year.
In the event of a billing error or duplicate charge, we will issue a refund regardless of the 14-day window. Contact us with your order details and we will resolve it promptly.
